Policy

Return Policy: Policy outlining the rules for returning purchased goods and services. This policy should include the return window, return requirements and the process of return.

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.

2. No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express and Express Delivery category.

3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the User has purchased on special occasions and Public Holidays, etc. These are limited occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
